BlackTide is built for collaboration. You can invite team members to your workspace to share responsibility for monitoring.

Roles

  • Owner: Full access, including billing and deleting the workspace.
  • Admin: Can manage monitors, incidents, and integrations. Cannot manage billing.
  • Viewer: Read-only access to dashboard and status pages.

Free

  • For hobbyists and personal projects.
  • 5 monitors, 1 location.
  • Community support.

Pro

  • For growing startups and businesses.
  • 50 monitors, 5 global locations.
  • SMS alerts, 1-minute checks.
  • Priority support.

Enterprise

  • For large-scale infrastructure.
  • Unlimited monitors, all locations.
  • SSO, SLA, Dedicated Success Manager.

Security

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

We strongly recommend enabling 2FA for all accounts. You can set this up in your Profile Settings using any TOTP app (Google Authenticator, Authy, 1Password).
