Creating a Status Page

1. Go to Status Pages in the dashboard.
2. Click Create Page.
3. Choose a slug (e.g., status.yourcompany.com or blacktide.io/status/you).

Customization

Make the page your own to match your brand identity.

• Custom Domain: Connect your own domain via CNAME.
• Branding: Upload your logo, favicon, and choose brand colors.
• CSS: Add custom CSS for fine-grained control (Enterprise only).

Components & Metrics

Group your monitors into Components (e.g., "API", "Website", "Payments"). You can also display Uptime Graphs and historic response time metrics directly on the page.

Subscribers

Allow users to subscribe to updates via:

• Email
• Slack
• RSS Feed
